Busy times on the greens

EIGHTEEN players took to the greens at Cobden Golf Club last Wednesday, December 3.

The monthly December medal and first round of the 2025 ladies’ championships were well contested.

The A grade winner and monthly medal winner was Sherine Healey on 70 nett, followed by Chloe Healey on 78 on countback from Ellen Darcy and Sandra Mason.

The B grade winner was Julie Simmonds on 77 nett from Jeannine White on 78.

Winners of the putting competition, with 30 putts, were Sandra Mason and Sherine Healey.

Nearest the pin on the fourth for A grade was Chloe Healey, B grade Jeannine White and C grade Di Bennett.

Nearest the pin on the 7th and second shot on the 8th was Deb Ferrari.

Balls down the line went to Sandra Mason and Ellen Darcy on 78 nett.
