Juniors named in Country Academy Squad
POMBORNEIT cricketer Max Rees and Bookaar’s Arlo Herry have been named in the under 16 boys’ Country Academy Squad.

The pair were among 24 young cricketers from across the Western Waves region selected for the side.
Also named in the team were:
Sam Mahncke and Max Slater (Mortlake), Jobe Dunn (Hamilton Cricket Club), Fletcher Henry (Merrivale), Zavier Fowler and Beau Gannon (West Warrnambool), Jaggar Geary (South Gambier), Sam Haas (West Gambier), William Harris (Penola), Arlo Herry (Bookaar), Ned Hintum (College) and Max Hogan (Russells Creek).
Others on the list were Phoenix Hopper (Homers), Hugh Hunter and Charlie Jellie (Nestles), Nate Johhnson (North Warrnambool), Noah Liersch (South Portland) and Ryder Lindner (Millicent).
Jagger Lynch (Merrivale), Kobi Maxwell (South Gambier), Max Rees (Pomborneit), Billy Rhook (Tahara), Thomas Templeton (College) and Tayte Virtanen (Mil Lel).
