Life membership for Graham
AFTER the final day of play for the Corangamite Veterans Golf Association, a life membership was presented to Graham Clifford.

Graham was presented with his certificate by the association’s vice-president John Miller at the Camperdown Golf Club last Tuesday, December 9.
John acknowledged Graham’s many years of involvement with the vets and his decade-long tenure as president.
During that time, Graham has overseen the growth of the association into a thriving and welcoming club for golfers aged 55 and over seeking an enjoyable, social competition across the region.
Also during presentations, Graham welcomed life members Bazil Hammond, Geoff Webber and Eric Hansford, along with visiting guests from the Glenelg District and Ballarat District veterans’ associations.
Last week’s final event for the year saw 95 players contest the annual Christmas competition.
A minute’s silence was held for past members, Lace DuVall and Ian Jubb.
