This Sunday, July 13 and next Sunday, July 20, the Cobden Mini Golf, which usually opens the third Sunday of every month, will be opening its doors to accommodate for the school holidays.

The mini golf is run entirely by volunteers from the Rotary Club of Cobden.

Cobden Rotary member Gary Kimber said the school holidays were the perfect opportunity to come out and play some mini golf.

“People get the opportunity to play 18 holes with lots of challenging obstacles,” he said.

“You’re able to get prizes for a hole in one which is always good fun.

“We’ve got hot and cold drinks on sale.

“It’s guaranteed family fun from 11am-4pm.

“If anybody is looking to book for a party or family gathering, we will open for that as well on a separate day.”

The mini golf costs $3 per child and $6 per adult.

Additionally open will be the mini trains, Historical Society and Pioneer Park, so this is a day out in Cobden not to be missed.
