New partners at Sinclair Wilson
SINCLAIR Wilson has this week welcomed three new partners to the firm.

The experienced and well-known trio comprise Olga Petrovskaya, who is a familiar face at the firm’s Camperdown office, Simone Watts (based in Warrnambool) and Ebonie McVilly (Colac).
Each of the new partners brings a slightly different background and perspective, but what they share is a practical, client-focused approach.
This is shaped not just by technical expertise but by real-world experience and a strong connection to regional communities.
Olga Petrovskaya works across Camperdown and Colac, specialising in tax compliance, business advisory and planning, supporting clients in industries such as agriculture, retail and hospitality.
“Working in a regional firm means you’re part of the community, not just working in it,” she said.
“It’s highly enjoyable supporting local businesses and organisations as they contribute to the strength of the region.”
Ebonie McVilly is based in Colac and works in audit.
She has a primary focus on SMSFs and not-for-profit organisations.
She works closely with clients to improve structures, reporting and processing, with a focus on clear, practical advice and building trusted, long-term relationships.
“I enjoy working with clients to improve their business and seeing that progress over time,” Ebonie said.
“In a regional firm, you can really see the impact of that work in the community.”
Simone Watts works primarily out of the firm’s Warrnambool office across taxation compliance and advisory, bringing a calm, practical and relationship-focused approached to her work.
“I really enjoy building strong relationships with clients and helping them find practical solutions that work,” she said.
“In a regional setting, you see the impact of your work more directly, which is incredibly rewarding.”
As a regional firm, Sinclair Wilson works closely with local businesses, families and organisations every day; supporting small businesses, community groups and local industries to grow and succeed.
These new partner appointments strengthen the firm’s ability to continue that support, combining strong technical expertise with a genuine understanding of the regional environment and the people within it.
The addition of three new partners ensures the firm remains well placed to support clients and contribute to the long-term strength of the region.
