Road funding commitment welcomed
THE newly-announced Coalition pledge to dedicate an additional $250 million in annual road maintenance funding has received a welcome from Corangamite Shire councillors.
A welcome increase: Corangamite Shire Council mayor councillor Kate Makin (left) and councillor Nick Cole (right) have welcomed Liberal leader Jess Wilson’s commitment to increase road maintenance funding by 25 per cent.
